Q. How much does it cost to repalm gloves?
For natural leather palms the cost is $45.00cdn ($45.00 u.s.) For Clarino Palms the cost is $45.00cdn ($45.00 u.s.)

Q. What is the difference between Clarino and natural palms?

Clarino is a synthetic leather, it is generally thinner than natural leather and comes in two colours- black or natural(light beige). Most new gloves come with clarino palms. Natural leather palms are generally thicker, and tend to last longer than clarino palms.

Q. How long does it take to do the repairs?
Once we receive the equipment it normally takes us a day or two to repair. Shipping back to you by UPS ground service will take from 3 to 7 days depending on how far away you are from Toronto Canada.

Q. Can you ship express or overnight?
We could, but it will cost from 2 to 4 times as much as ground service and will cost more than the actual repair. The choice is up to you.

Q. How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the box. In general shipping gloves back to you will cost about $20.00cdn($15.00us). If you need more detailed information, call us and we can refer to the UPS rate book.

Q. How do I ship my equipment to you?
You can ship by post or by courier such as UPS. The important thing to note is that on any forms that ask for value of goods, do not put a figure of more than five or ten dollars. Also under the description box of the shipping and customs forms, write in "Used hockey gloves(or whatever item you are shipping) entering Canada to be repaired and returned back to the U.S. under E29 exemption." For more detailed information and sample forms please refer to our Shipping Procedure page on our web site.

Q. What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Moneyorders.

Q. Are sales taxes applicable to purchases and repairs?
Residents of Ontario Canada have to pay the PST and GST. Canadian residents outside of Ontario pay the GST only. Residents outside of Canada pay no sales tax. Note: the above conditions apply to delivered goods only, all in person store purchases pay both the GST and PST sales tax.

Q. I Sent my equipment to you, but it came back to me unopened. Why?
This only happens if a "value of goods" of more than $10.00 was written on the shipping or customs forms. Please refer to our "shipping procedure" page on our web site for details on the correct way to ship your equipment to us.
